Purchased in early 2018 as an old warehouse facility, Les Lofts Guerin is the newest Hotel in the Plateau. Sonder will operate the 54 Room Apartment Hotel. This property is also home to the newly crowned Best Baguette in Montreal for 2019, Le Toledo, as it has already become a Plateau institution since its doors opened in early 2019.
